the chicken marinade
I tried the chicken marinade Friday night. I used the Italian herb mix from Aldi and I forgot the wine until not long before I cooked it. It was still pretty good. I had it with salad (toms, avocado, lettuce, beans & mushrooms).

chicken marinade
I'm trying this recipe this week. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to have tried it first. Though now I type that it would seem that is the way this should probably go... oh well, I'll just publish anyway.
This recipe is for about 900g of chicken. But you can pour the marinade over the chicken and divide and freeze.
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. wine
3/4 c. fresh herbs (it says this in the recipe but I think that mixed dried
herbs would be fine esp. if freezing)
3-4 clove garlic
2 teasp. salt
1/2 teasp. pepper
Mix everything together with a whisk and pour over chicken in a large ziplock bag and marinate for at least 2hrs in the refrigerator. grill and eat
